Mary Frances Crowley, 74, passed away at her home in Woodland, MS on Wednesday, October 23, 2024. Born May 20, 1951, in Houston, she was the daughter of the late Joe Berry Thompson and the late Mary Gladys Nowlin Thompson. Mary was a 1969 graduate of Houston High School, and she was of Baptist Faith. She married James Winford "JW" Crowley, and they spent many wonderful years together, until his passing in 2023. Mary worked for PEP for many years until its closing, and then she went to Nursing School at Itawamba Community College and earned her LPN degree. She then worked as a nurse for many years until her retirement. Mary was a true family woman, she loved them with all of her heart. When her children were younger, she loved to take them camping. Her grandchildren were one of her greatest joys in life. She also always loved cooking for her family any chance she could get. In her free-time she enjoyed reading books and working on crossword puzzles.
Mary was loved deeply by her family and friends, and her memory will forever be cherished in their hearts.
