Mary Agnes "Aggie" King, 85, of Port Lavaca, Texas passed away on Tuesday, June 10, 2025. She was born on December 24, 1939, in Bloomington, Texas to the late Coda Carl and Betty Lou Mauro Wynn.
Mary worked at First Victoria National Bank, ABC Bank, Coastal Loans, King's Bty Bar, Dunlaps, Albertson's, A&M Wynn & Sons, Childs Mtr. Co. Kingsville, Great Southern Life Ins. Co., Houston, while she followed her husband and his jobs. Mary and Nathan Laurn King were married on June 7, 1958, for 55 years until his passing in 2014. They finally settled in Bloomington, and they built, owned, and operated K & W Quick Stop along with her parents and their 2 sons and their spouses. They also owned and operated King's Construction Co. During that time, she also sold, Mary Kay, Avon, Tupperware, Tiara Glassware, and worked for Kirbyville Postal Delivery.
Left to cherish her memory are sons, Carl Lee King (Julie) and David Laurn King (Debbie); grandchildren, Bradley King (Erin), Brandon King (Lauren), Leeann Grochowicz (Tom), Ryan King (Jessica), Jenna Richardson (Adam), Aaron King (Laura), Donoven Stanley, Justine Stanley (Derrick), and adopted by name, Paige Boone; great-grandchildren, Isaac, Christopher, Jack, Avery, Grayson, Corbin, Kenzi, Elleigh, Izzy, Fitz, Arden, Coda, Casen, Caylee, Sean, Seth, and Shyenne; great-great grandson, Benjamin.
She is preceded in death by the love of her life, Nathan L. King; parents, Coda and Betty Wynn; great-grandson, Andrew Thomas Grochowicz; brother, Arthur Joe Wynn, who died at birth, and many other relatives.
Family and friends will gather on Monday, June 16, 2025, from 5:00PM – 7:00PM with a Rosary to be prayed by family friend, Connie Trevino at 6:30PM at Grace Funeral Chapel, 1604 W. Austin St., Port Lavaca. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 2:00PM at Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church, 415 W. Austin St., Port Lavaca with father Tomy Chen to officiate. Interment to follow at Tivoli Cemetery, Landgraf Rd. and Austell Rd., Tivoli.
Honoring Mary as Pallbearers will be, Ryan King, Bradley King, Brandon King, Aaron King, Tom Grochowicz, Adam Richardson and Donoven Stanley. Honorary Pallbearers are, Trinity Shores Staff, Harbor Hospice Staff, Freddy Cabral, Clint Mumphord, Leonard Mercado, David Longoria, Rusty Wall, Dr. William Crowley, Bill Brooks and Doug Mauro.

To my 2 loving sons,
I love you Both very much and I do appreciate everything you ever did for your dad and me,
and also, the same goes for Debbie and Julie.
I pray you all have a long and healthy life and get to see what your grandchildren have become.
I feel so blessed to have seen my grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a picture of
my great-great grandson!
