Mary Wilke Kloth of Waukesha passed away peacefully and went home to Heaven on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at the age of 77. She was born in Milwaukee on February 21, 1947, the daughter of Wayne and Louise (nee Wakefield) Wilke.

After she graduated from Waukesha South High School, she attended Deaconess in Milwaukee for nursing school and Bryant and Stratton for business school. On March 9, 1968 she married Michael Kloth and the couple lived in Waukesha where they raised their two sons. Mary worked in senior care in the 70’s and 80’s and then finished her working years at Lad Lake Treatment Center for youth until her retirement in 2011.

Mary was very active with youth as one of the founders of Waukesha Youth Soccer. She went on to start the Waukesha South High School girls’ soccer program.

Mary loved to talk, was kind and dedicated to her family. Mary was also a dedicated golfer, bowler and softball player.  She loved vacations to the southeast coast and wonderful beaches.

She will be sadly missed by her husband of 56 years, Mike of Waukesha and their sons, Christopher (Karine) Kloth and Ryan (Pam) Kloth; her grandchildren, Kendra and Riley Kloth and Michael and Skylar Kloth; sister-in-law Kathy Wilke, along with other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Mike Wilke.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to all who shared in Mary’s life.
