Born on July 14, 1935, in Blue Island, Illinois, Mary Ann was the beloved daughter of the late Frank and Bertha (née Mlazovsky) Fecko.
Mary Ann is survived by her loving daughter, Veronica (Edward) Burknap; cherished grandchildren, Scott (Marisa) Burknap and Eric (Sarah) Burknap; great-grandchildren, Rafael Rodriguez, Edward, Shane and Luna Burknap; many nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her devoted husband, John Kozumplik and sister; Lillian Ruzicka.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, 10:00 a.m. until the time of service, 12:00 p.m. at Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Homes & Crematory, 24021 Royal Worlington Drive, Naperville, Illinois. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
Memorials in Mary Ann's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
