Mary Kurpell

Mary Kurpell, age 70, of Linden, NJ passed away on June 1st, 2025. Born November 25th, 1954, to Frank & Nancy Kurpell. Mary was a unique and caring woman who touched the lives of all that knew her. Mary started her secretarial career straight out of Linden High School in 1973. She was employed by Posnock Kosher Foods, Raritan River Steel, Gerdau AmeriSteel, BP, and retired in 2022 from Auchter Industrial. Mary had so many close friends that she cherished including childhood school mates from St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic School. In her earlier years Mary loved to travel and spend time with her niece & nephews, friends and family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank & Nancy Kurpell, and sister & brother in-law, Daniel & Lorraine Lawrence. She is survived by her sisters; Joann (Cornelius), Karen (Andrew), her niece Tracey, her nephews; Cornelius, Ryan, Victor, & Brian. A Memorial Service will be held from 1:00pm to 3:00pm with a Funeral Service at 2:00pm on Wednesday, June 25th, 2025, at The Lehrer-Gibilisco Funeral Home located at 275 West Milton Ave in Rahway, NJ 07065.
