Mary Ann Schneider

Mary Ann (Cooper) Schneider, 88, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away Sunday, November 16, 2025 at her home.
Mary was born in Lincoln City, Indiana on October 3, 1937 to the late Delbert and Trancy (Taylor) Cooper. She graduated from Dale High School in 1956. Mary loved to travel and flew from New York to London on the supersonic passenger jet, The Concorde. Alongside her husband, Mary traveled all over the Continental United States in their motor home. She was a faithful member of Salem Church of Darmstadt. She will be remembered for her compassion, generosity, faithfulness and for her beautiful smile. Mary was deeply loved by all who knew and loved her.
Mary is survived by her husband of 29 years, Donald William Schneider; sons, Rick Vance and Rex Vance; step-daughters, Dawn, Marsha and Linda; step-son, Jonathan; grandchildren, Aubrey, Halle, Michael, Andrew, Jonathan Jr., Rachel; great-grandchildren, Kyler, Emma, Eli, Haley, Olivia and Grace; and by many nieces and nephews.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Betty and Elizabeth; and by her brothers, Jerry and Don.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at Salem Church of Darmstadt Cemetery, 14134 Darmstadt Rd., Evansville, IN 47725. All are welcome.
