Mary E. Zamarripa, 75, of Fort Dodge, IA, died Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at her home. Services will be held in Chicago at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the family. Arrangements are with Historic Bruce Funeral Home of Fort Dodge.
Mary was born July 7, 1949, in Sebastian, TX, the daughter of Aniceto and Carolina Garcia. She was united in marriage to Miguel Juan Zamarripa in Crown Point, Indiana. Over the years, she worked for ITW Impro Delta until her retirement. Mary enjoyed shopping, puzzle books, and most of all cooking and spending time with her family.
Mary is survived by 2 children: Connie Limon of Port Richey, FL and John Limon of Fort Dodge; Tony Isom Sr. (son in-law); grandchildren: Tony Isom Jr., Yesena Isom, Tijuan Isom, Alick Isom of Fort Dodge, Anthony Limon, Javier Limon of Madison, WI , Arianna Limon, Kaeleigh Ridley and Kyler Limon; great grandchildren: Maliyah Isom, A’la Isom, Ivy Isom, Jahmir Isom, Adalin Lai Limon and Banks Wayne Obrien; siblings: twin sister of Mary Lou Urbina, and 5 sisters: and 6 brothers. She is also survived by her niece: Carolina Sanchez; and nephews: Eddie, Jose (Bino), Larry and Louie Urbina.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband: Miguel Juan Zamarripa.
