MaryEllen Snyder-Fry Obituary

The daughter of Ray R. Lahr and Mildred P. Engle, she married Carl L. Snyder in 1957, was widowed in 2000, and married Harold T. Fry in 2009.
She was a seamstress at Riegle Shirt Factory 9 years, a self-employed Fuller Brush Lady 29 years, and a cashier at Giant 16 years. She was a hard worker and enjoyed growing irises and being with people.
MaryEllen was preceded in death by her husband Carl in 2000 and her sister Geraldine M. Spotts in 2024.
Surviving are her husband Harold, her daughter Vikki and Steve Rothermel, two sons Carl, Jr and Byrdy, Jeff and Tammy, 4 step-sons Tom and Jackie, Mike and Lisa, Jim and Marianne, Scott and Sylvia, 4 grandchildren, 7 step-grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and 3 step-great grandchildren.
The visitation will be held at 12:00 pm followed by the funeral service at 1:00 pm, Saturday, October 11, 2025 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 324 North St., Millersburg, PA.
