Matthew Derek Hall passed away on December 30, 2025 at Saint Anns hospital. He was 46 years old.
He was born at Riverside Hospital in Columbus, Ohio on July 14, 1979. He graduated from Westerville South High School in 1997. He attended ITT technical Institute and Franklin University where he received his B.S. degree. He worked as an I.T. manager for many years. He was a devoted son, brother and uncle. He loved music, his cats, and art.
He is survived by his mother and father, Frank and Linda Hall, his brother Ryan (Chrissy) Hall, and his sister, Hayley Letsa. Nieces and nephews, Sabrina Meyers, Jade, Kirra and Aurora Hall, Elizabeth and Nathaniel Hodson and Eli Letsa.
We will miss his quick wit and outgoing personality.
Rest in peace son, no more pain and discomfort.
There will be a Celebration of Life on February 20, 2026 from 6 to 8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio
