Matthew was born in Wurzburg, Germany, July 17, 1974, the son of the Leslie and the late Milton.
Matthew will be remembered as a loving father and a great friend to many. He will be missed by anyone who knew him, especially his family.
He is the loving father of Kieran and David; beloved son of Leslie Kuczewski (Gregory) and the late Milton; dearest brother of David Maples (Julee); fondest uncle to Cody Maples; cherished nephew to many aunts and uncles. Matthew will also be deeply missed by his girlfriend, Barb, and lifelong friend, Star.
His family has decided not to plan any services at this time.
Please keep the Maples family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
