Matthew Radinovic Obituary
Matthew Albert Radinovic, beloved son of Matthew and Anna Radinovic, passed away peacefully on September 19, 2024, at the age of 89. Born on August 7, 1935, Matthew lived a life defined by faith, family, and service to his country and community.
On May 30, 1961, Matthew married Audrey (Marmarosa) Radinovic, his devoted wife of 63 years. Together, they raised two children, Matthew J. Radinovic (Angela D'Andrea) and Amy Radinovic Andrascik (Allen Andrascik), and were proud grandparents to James Andrascik, Jaclyn Andrascik, Jonathan Radinovic, Michael Radinovic, and Victoria Radinovic.
A graduate of Central Catholic High School in Pittsburgh and Duquesne University, Matthew served as a United States Marine Corps officer from June 1957-1960. His time in the Marines left a lasting impact on him, with fond memories of perseverance and camaraderie, especially during a grueling late-night march alongside a stealthy commander, where many fell behind or never finished. He was later recognized by that commander for "Making the March."
For nearly four decades, Matthew worked as a pharmaceutical salesman, a career he loved for the meaningful connections it allowed him to build with doctors and pharmacists. Even during hospital visits later in life, he would share stories of the great physicians he had known, some of whom had mentored the doctors treating him.
Matthew was a man of deep faith and found joy in nature, often hunting and fishing at the family camp with his brother-in-law, Jack, and the uncles and cousins who were like brothers to him. He was also an avid bowler and golfer, and in his younger years, he served as a volunteer fireman, always eager to help his community.
Matthew will be remembered for his strong faith, dedication to family, and his warm and caring nature. His presence will be greatly missed by all who knew him.He was blessed with nieces and nephews Beverly Ruggeri (Michael), John Shepherd (Carol), and Dorie Bauer whom he loved like his own.
Friends and family are invited to a visitation Friday, September 27, 4-7 PM at Neely Funeral Home, 2208 Mt. Royal Blvd. Glenshaw, PA 15116 and a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at 10 A.M. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish, St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 2510 Middle Rd. Glenshaw, PA 15116.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Saint Judes or Good Samaritan Hospice in Wexford in Matthew's memory. Rest in peace, Matthew. Your legacy of love and faith will live on in the hearts of those who loved you.

Dear Audrey, Amy, Matt Jr, and extended Radinovic family:
I am so sorry to hear of Matt´s passing. I found out at the beginning of the week when I texted Allen to wish Amy and him a Happy Anniversary. I saw him multiple times over the years at gatherings at Allen´s and Amy´s home, and truly enjoyed his company. May fond memories of him ease the pain of your grieving.
