Maureen G. Mullins

Maureen G. Mullins, age 68, of Middletown, DE, passed away on Tuesday, May 6, 2025.
Born in Wilmington, DE on September 10, 1956, she was the daughter of Lorraine (Kinsella) Grier and the late Donald D. Grier. Maureen loved her career as a math teacher at Delaware Technical and Community College for 33 years until her retirement.
Deep in her faith, Maureen was a member of Our Lady of Fatima R.C. Church for 67 years, where in her adult life she volunteered as a Cub Scout and Girl Scout Leader, as well organizing the yearly Christmas Bazaar and June Fair.
In addition to her father, Maureen was preceded in death by her son, Christopher Mullins. She is survived by her loving husband, Claude C. "Chuck" Mullins; mother, Lorraine K. Grier; children, Sean P. Mullins (Krissy), Kevin M. Mullins (Samantha) and Michael A. Mullins (Marni); siblings, Robert W. Grier (Denise) and Stephen A. Grier (Theresa); and her grandchildren, Ethan, Jacob, Dylan, Aria, and Liam.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 9 am until 10 am on Friday, May 16, 2025, at Our Lady of Fatima R.C. Church, 801 North DuPont Highway, New Castle, DE, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 am. Entombment will follow in All Saints Cemetery, 6001 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington, DE.
