She was the beloved wife of the late Scott Stephen. mother of Benjamin (Emily) Stephen and Stacy (Brendan) Wovchko; grandmother of Lucas and Nicholas Stephen, and Maxwell Scott Wovchko; sister of Susan (Mike) Ostapchenko; the late James William (surviving: Diana) McKay Jr.; Timothy (Kirstin) McKay, Jonathan (Natalie) McKay and aunt of Matthew Ostapchenko, J.W. McKay and Lindsay McKay.
Maureen was a Music Teacher at Rockside Elementary in Maple Heights, Ohio. She loved singing, reading, playing the piano and spending time with family.
Family and friends are welcome on Friday, August 18, 2023 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Rd., McMurray, PA 15317, 724-260-5546. A service will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at 10 am at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Gardens.
