Age 68, of Au Gres, MI and passed away on Friday, November 14, 2025 at MyMichigan Medical Center in Tawas City, MI. He was born on February 19, 1957 in Highland Park, MI to Maxe J. and Arleen L. Tarrance (Jackson). Maxe spent most of his working years as a glazer in the commercial glass industry alongside his father. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Maxe is survived by his 2 sons, Mitch (Amanda) Tarrance, Jeffrey (Jessica Paluch) Tarrance; his mother Arleen Tarrance; his 6 grandchildren, Chelsea (Ben) Stevens, Owen Tarrance, Ivan Tarrance, Weston Tarrance, Evelyn Tarrance, and great grandson Lincoln Stevens. He is also survived by his 3 sisters, Debbie (Bill) Bryon, Lori (Craig) Pyszko, Kirstie (Ken) McCaffrey; son-in-law Paul Martin and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Maxe was preceded in death by his daughter Kathleen J. Tarrance Martin, his father Maxe J. Tarrance and former wife Susan (Frantz) Tarrance. A memorial service may be planned at a later date.
