Maxwell John "Max" Albright

Maxwell "Max" John Albright, 19 of Louisville passed away Sunday, November 9, 2025. Max was a graduate of Eastern High School and planned to become a special education teacher. He was a varsity archer in high school and played handbells at St. Margaret Mary. Max also was a diver for the Douglass Hills dive team for 11 years. He had a very caring spirit and a loving heart. Max was always focused on the needs of others.
Max was preceded in death by his father, David L. Albright, and brother, David K. (Davey) Albright. He is survived by his mother, Jennifer Knepler Albright; maternal grandparents, John and Jocelyn (Lyn) Knepler; paternal grandparents, John and Sharon Albright; uncle, John Knepler Jr., cousins, John (JT) Knepler III and Diane Knepler, and many friends.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 22, 2025, at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 7813 Shelbyville Road. Visitation will be Friday, November 21, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Ratterman Brothers - Middletown, and from 9 to 10 a.m. on Saturday at the church.
The family would like to invite all extended family and friends who can join them for the burial at Calvary Cemetery immediately following the funeral. Expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers can be made to St. Vincent de Paul, Louisville.
