Megan Lee Lamb Reynolds, 36, of Burlington, died Thursday, April 11, 2024 at the University of Iowa Hospital.
Born February 21, 1988 in Monmouth, Illinois, she was the daughter of Larry Lee Lamb and Lyla Joann Huss. She was of the Baptist faith.
Megan graduated from Burlington High School and earned her associates degree in Criminal Justice from Southeastern Community College.
On June 18, 2016, Megan married Eric Shane Reynolds. They later divorced.
Megan lately had worked in the service center and bakery of HyVee and managed the Family Dollar store. She enjoyed her flower garden, bike riding, walking her dog, music, mushroom hunting, taking care of other people and making sure they were fed. She had a big heart and she loved spending time with her family and her kids.
Survivors include her children Dylan Reynolds, Andrea Reynolds and Rayna Reynolds all of Burlington; her mother, Lyla (Tim Schaefer) Huss of Burlington, nieces and nephews Kaydence Reynolds, Daulton Reynolds, Bentley Garrels, Owen Reynolds, Sausha Lamb and Reygun Reynolds; sister Mickie Huss of Burlington; brothers Daniel (Courtney) Reynolds of Burlington and Steven Lamb of Mediapolis; friend, Charles W. Stevens, Jr.
She was preceded in death by her father and grandparents.
The memorial visitation for Megan will be from 4pm to 6pm Wednesday, April 17th at Lunning Chapel, with a gathering at The Moose following the visitation.
Per her wishes, cremation has been accorded and entrusted to the care of Lunning Chapel.
