Your love and knowledge of the Word was so very instrumental in Betty and I in our spiritual growth after we came to the Lord. You were a treasured friend for many years. We admired your deep love of the Lord and know we will see each other again. Our love and prayers to Rick and the family. We will be making a donation to St. Jude in honor of Melanie.

When I first met Melanie...1993...we had moved to Florahome and
she was checking on an elderly gentleman, Mr. Roger W., who lived alone and across the road from us. And I had horses! She was curious about the new
people moving in and I was curious about meeting our new neighbors.
"Hi! I'm Melanie!" she said with that Beautiful smile. We introduced ourselves
and she shared her love of horses. From the very beginning, without her saying
a word, her love of people was very obvious too. That was the beginning of our 30 year friendship.
