Melody Ann Moore, of Fort Meyers FL., formerly of Southampton, PA, and Albrightsville, PA, passed away on January 10, 2025, with her family by her side. Melody was 60 years of age. She was the daughter of Anita Singer (John) of Trevose, PA, and Raymond Winward (Jackie) of Waldport, OR. Melody is survived by her beloved husband, Thomas J. Moore; daughter, Rachel Marie Iannotti of Rock Hill South Carolina; Siblings, John Singer (Karla), James Singer (Jeanne), Suzanne Roberts (Thomas), Stacey Reid (Brian) and Shelley Gunnip (Brian); and by her 15 nieces and nephews.
Melody lived her life simply, but loved her family and friends fiercely. Everyone who knew her, enjoyed her witty sense of humor.
She was known for her selflessness always placing the needs and happiness of others before her own. She was a dedicated wife and loving Mother to her husband Tom of 31 years, and her daughter Rachel. Her radiant spirit and warm heart touched the lives of everyone she encountered and her generosity knew no bounds.
A lifelong sports aficionado, Melody had an unwavering loyalty to her Philadelphia teams, even after she relocated to her dream home in Florida. Her door was always open and all were welcome into their new home. One of her favorite things to do was explore with her husband to find new places, whether it be restaurants, beaches, islands or watering holes so they could share the experience with friends and family who visited.
Melody loved being surrounded by palm trees which she admired for their beauty and resilience, much like her. Whether walking beneath them or remembering the tropical getaways she shared with many of her dear friends, they served as a symbol of the carefree spirit she embraced.
Throughout her career Melody always enjoyed working in a family culture and did so most recently as Administrative Accountant at Abbey Carpet and Floor.
Melody's family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, January 18, 2025, from 10 to 11AM, At Gloria Dei Church, 570 Welsh Rd. Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. The memorial service for Melody will begin at 11AM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Melody Ann Moore, may be sent to Joanne's House at Hope Hospice Bonita Springs Florida.

Mel left this place all too soon, but left it a better place for everyone that she knew. A piece of her will live on for all that knew her. We will miss that infectious smile and crazy laugh. We are blessed that our paths crossed in our lives. Rest well..Miss Mel!
