Mr. Melvin Ameer Williams was born on September 11, 1984, to Melvin Charles Williams and Minetta Williams in Atlanta, Georgia.

"Ameer" as he was called by his family and friends was raised in Atlanta, Georgia, and attended Camp Creek Middle School. He also attended Griffin High School in Griffin, Georgia. In high school, Ameer joined Griffin High Marching Band. He was an expertise with playing the trombone. He was an all-around student. He was also a part of the dramatization team. He furthered his education at the University of West Georgia of Carrollton, Georgia.

Ameer accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age. Ameer worked as a dedicated Chef and Head Chef for over 15 years cooking for Masses in the Atlanta area.

In Ameer's leisure time he enjoyed cooking, watching movies, reading, socializing with his friends, he was aways on the move, traveling was Ameer's favorite hobby, he absolutely loved New York City, but the one thing close to his heart was spending time with his family and friends.

On Tuesday, October 7, 2025, Mr. Melvin Ameer Williams' name was called, and he answered and was set free from all sickness and pain. Rest now in peace and comfort, your journey has ended, battle fought, and victory won. He was preceded in death by his father, Mr. Melvin Charles Williams, and his brother, Jamal Hasan Williams

Mr. Melvin Ameer Williams leaves to cherish his loving and devoted mother, Minette Williams; his brothers, Brian Christopher Williams and Matthew Jacoby Williams; sisters, Malecia Renee Williams, Matanya Climpson, and Ericka Elder Foster. He also leaves a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended relatives and friends that will miss him dearly.
