Mr. Michael Wayne Black, 68 of Atlanta, Michigan died on January 25, 2025 at his home. He was born in Gaylord, Michigan on August 15, 1956 to Archie and Marcella (Weber) Black Jr. Mike worked in the oil field and retired from Eastport Group. He loved hunting, fishing, riding on his tractor, reading, and watching old Western movies. He was a fix-it-man and a friend to all. He is and will be deeply missed.
Mike is remembered by his children, Marc Black, Dave (Brooke) Black, Debbie (Doug) Moss; grandchildren, Jewel, Chayse, Gavyn, Kassidy, and Trey; sister, Cheryl (George) Klein; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins; and former wife, Dale Black. He was preceded in death by his parents, Archie and Marcella Black Jr; and brothers, Roger and Jody.
In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place. The family has chosen to remember Mike privately at this time.
