Michael Richard Brown, 57, passed away December 29, 2023 following a short battle with colon cancer surrounded by family. He was born October 2, 1966 in Urbandale, Iowa, and was the son of the late Paul and Jenienne Brown.
Mike was the youngest of four siblings survived by Karen Burns (Marvin), Dave (Kathy), and Tim (Cindy).
Mike attended Wadsworth High School in Wadsworth, Ohio, where he met his first wife Gina Salmons. They both went on to attend Bowling Green State University. Mike and Gina had their only child Stephen (Emily) on October 28, 1993.
Mike was then re-married to Kellie Conway Brown in the fall of 2017. He gained two stepchildren Tyler and Emily that he loved.
He was also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Mike was a kind person and always wanted to see the best in other people. He was a great father and husband who took care of his family.
Mike was a passionate Ohio State Buckeyes football fan, as well as a Cleveland Browns fan. He enjoyed spending time outside taking hikes in the area, going on trips, listening to music, watching movies with his kids, and spending time with his family.
Celebration of life will be held Saturday January 6, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Bailey Road Christian Church, 3200 West Bailey Road, Cuyahoga Falls, 44221. There will be a luncheon to follow to share memories of Mike with friends and family.
