Michael Joseph Bucci

Michael J. Bucci, 76, of Edinboro PA, passed away unexpectedly, Wednesday, March 20, 2024, in an automobile accident.
He was born April 19, 1947, in Ashtabula, the son of the late Joseph and Mary (Orlando) Bucci. Michael graduated from Ashtabula High School Class of 1965. He married Jenaya Kingsley on September 11, 2013 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. They were married at the Wedding Chapel by the Sea and this past September they celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary by renewing their vows at the same wedding chapel.
Michael worked in sales over the years, primarily in beverage distribution. He retired from Dr. Pepper/Snapple in 2012. He took a few years off and then went to work part time at the Edinboro YMCA as a custodian.
Mike was an avid golfer. He ran a senior golf league at Orchard Ponds golf course in Erie PA. Every Sunday he played with the Sinners at Hickory Grove in Jefferson Ohio. He enjoyed watching golf, the Masters was his favorite tournament. He enjoyed watching football, he was a Browns fan but he would never admit to it! He enjoyed going to Myrtle Beach every September with Jenaya to celebrate their wedding anniversary. He loved going to Geneva on the Lake to listen to Good Question and get some ice cream from Katie's Corner. He and Jenaya often visited different wineries. He loved hanging out on the porch at Duplin Winery in South Carolina sipping on a wine slushy. He loved spending time with his cousins, they meant the world to him. He cherished his big Italian Family and loved telling stories about being at Grandma and Grandpa Bucci's for Sunday dinner. Often times you would find him chillin in his recliner with his best buddy, Spencer Bucci. Mike will be greatly missed by all but especially by his soulmate, "Peanut" and his orange kitty, Spencer Bucci.
He is survived by his wife Jenaya; sons, Randy, Patrick "PJ" and Dennis Bucci. Brother, David Bucci (Mary); Half brothers, Dan (Lynne) and Thomas Bucci. Grandchildren, Kayla and Santino Bucci, Kalli and Preston Bucci, Rachel and Nicholas Bucci, and three great grandchildren. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and In-laws.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents and many cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2028 at 3PM, at Ducro Funeral Services and Crematory, 4524 Elm Ave. Ashtabula, Ohio 44004.Calling hours will be from 2pm until the time of service at 3PM.
