Michael Gavin Bulloch passed away on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, in Folsom, Louisiana. He was born in New Orleans on May 23, 1946, to Wilson Donice Bulloch and Aline Gavin Bulloch.
He is survived by his sister, Sandy Nodgren.He was preceded in death by his siblings Betty Bruhl, Donna Lee Buras, Donice Bulloch, and David Bulloch.
Mike retired as a captain with the Covington Police Department, where he served with dedication for many years. Michael was the cherished “favorite uncle” to many nieces and nephews, a role he embraced with pride. Mike also carried a lifelong passion for horse racing and possessed a rare gift for storytelling—stories and memories delivered with wit and charm. His quick humor and presence brightened every gathering, and they will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
The family of his niece, Adrianne Taylor, offers sincere gratitude to Interim Hospice Healthcare for the compassionate care they provided during Michael’s final year.
