He was preceded in death by his father Alfred E. Carnevale. He is survived by his mom Kathleen J. (nee Kunc) Carnevale; brother Alan Canevale; sister Kristi (Wes) Hensley; special moms Kim Pride and Mary Johnson; stepmother Cheryl (nee Hicar) Carnevale. and was the cherished uncle, nephew and cousin to many.
Mike graduated High School from Weaver School.

The family will receive friends Friday, November 7, 2025 from 10-11 AM followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM at Ss. Cosmas and Damian Catholic Church 10419 Ravenna Road, Twinsburg Ohio.
