Michael Roy Clark

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of Michael Roy Clark, who left us peacefully on September 18, 2025, at the age of 72. Born on August 21, 1953, in South Carolina, Michael spent his later years in Dallas, North Carolina, where he made countless memories.

Michael was a dedicated machine operator and was known for his hard work and unwavering spirit. Outside of his job, he was passionate about motorcycles, especially his beloved Harley Shovelhead, which he often referred to as his "baby." His love for riding was matched only by his culinary skills; he found joy in cooking and sharing meals with family and friends. He was known for his love for everybody and he always had a generous spirit.

Michael was also a devoted dog dad to Augie and Little Bit, who brought him endless happiness and companionship. He will be deeply missed by his daughter, Ashley Boggess (Nick), grandchildren, Alexis Jedlica and Natalie Boggess, sisters, Joyce Cutler and Pat Williams (Donnie), several, nieces and nephews, and close friends, Gene McKenzie, Cynthia Nicoletti and Candy Gentry, who will carry on his legacy of love and laughter.

A gathering of family and friends will take place from 6:00 - 8:00 pm, Friday September 26, 2025 at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service. We invite family and friends to gather for a celebration of Michael's life.

As we remember Michael, we hold dear the moments spent together and the love he shared with everyone he met. Rest in peace, Michael. You will forever ride on in our hearts.

Michael was preceded in death by his mother, Lena Owens Bowman, sister, Bonnie Sue Austin.
