Michael Coburn, Sr., 57, of Wadesville, passed away Sunday, August 24, 2025 at his home. He was born June 4, 1968 in Evansville to the late Mary Ann Coburn.
Michael used his skills to work as a self-employed handyman. He was willing to tackle any project and able to fix anything. Michael was a member of Free Pentecostal Church. He loved spending time with his family.
Michael is survived by his companion, Luciana "Shana" Stepro; son, Michael Ray (Ashley) Coburn, Jr.; daughter, Misty (Tommy) Poole; stepchildren, Gabriel Rice, Dezmann Rice, Honesty Eaton and Sharell Eaton; numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and brother, Johnny Hammore.
In addition to his mother, Michael was preceded in death by his son, Sullivan Coburn; stepfather, Ron McGuire; stepson, Austin Dosch; mother-in-law, Margaret Schulze; and grandson, Brian Banks.
Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at Ziemer Funeral Home Central Chapel, 626 N. First Ave., Evansville. A Funeral service will begin at 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Reverend Johanna Sumner-Damme officiating.
