Michael John Eckstein

Michael John Eckstein ("Mikey"), age 45 of Addison, New York passed away on Monday, June 19, 2023. He was born on April 16, 1978 in Hornell, NY, the son of Michael and Ellen Eckstein. Mikey was a 1996 graduate of Addison Central School. He was employed by Arbor Housing and Development in Corning as a Care Manager.
Mikey will always be remembered for his impeccable ability to make people laugh with his wit, sarcasm and storytelling; his love for the New England Patriots, the Grateful Dead and the New York Yankees; and being the proud father to his son Jake.
Mikey is survived by his son: Jacob Eckstein of Addison; his parents: Michael and Ellen Eckstein of Addison; and his siblings: Sarah (Scott) Visbeek of Uxbridge, MA, Katie Eckstein of Newton, MA, Daniel (Bianca) Eckstein of Colorado Springs, CO; his nieces and nephews: Margaret, Caleb, Timothy, Matthew, Luis, and Evangeline, along with many beloved aunts, uncles and cousins.
Family and friends are invited to call at Flint Funeral Home, 10 Wall Street, Addison, NY on Saturday, June 24 from Noon-3:00pm. A private family graveside service will be held in St. Catherine's Cemetery at a later date.
