Michael Paul Hamm, of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at the age of 46. Beloved husband of Laura Kalinowski-Hamm; cherished son of the late Donna Masters and the late Donald Hamm; dear brother of Matthew (Melissa) Hamm; loving uncle of Christopher Hamm and James Kalinowski; stepson of Al Masters; son in law of Susie Holmes and Larry (Ruth) Kalinowski; brother-in-law of Bradley Kalinowski, Jamie (Bryan) Holmes, and Samantha Holmes; treasured dad to his fur babies, Lilly, Smokey, Daisy, and Doug; beloved nephew, uncle, cousin, and friend.
Mike unexpectedly left us on June 4, 2024. He grew up in Elyria, Ohio and graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2001. Mike then moved to St. Louis with his family where he met the love of his life, Laura Kalinowski. Mike and Laura married on July 07, 2004, in Maui, Hawaii. Mike began working for Union Pacific as a conductor in 2007 and became an engineer. He was an engineer for the remainder of his 17-year career for Union Pacific. Mike enjoyed live music, watching the Cleveland Browns, and spending time with his family and fur babies. Michael was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Memorials may be made in Michael's name to The Humane Society of Missouri.
