In addition to his father, Michael was preceded in death a sister, Marquita Harper. He is survived by his wife, Michelle West Harper; Michelle's parents, John and Virginia West; Brothers Rick Harper, Sonny Harper and best friend, Amos Harper (Ruth); sisters, Lisa Kline (Steve), Pauline Harper (Mona); niece, Shannon Krages Harper along with many other nieces and nephews.
There will be a graveside service held on Friday, December 17, 2021 at 11am at Walnut Ridge Cemetery located at 2421 Hamburg Pike, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130.
