Daniel Craig Patrick

Daniel Craig Patrick age 78 of Ionia, MI passed away March 15, 2023. He was born on October 20, 1944 in Ionia the son of Homer and Hazel (Erridge) Patrick. He married Shirley Tompkins on September 2, 1995.
Daniel worked at various jobs throughout the years, Chrysler plant in Lyons, Bergers, Schanski's and eventually Meijer in the meat department. He loved playing the clarinet and saxophone and was an avid drum player. Daniel also enjoyed reading.
Surviving is his loving wife Shirley Patrick of Ionia; children Timothy (Aundrea) Patrick of Ionia, Ronald (Amy Wells) McCain of Stanton, Howard (Sandy) Tompkins Jr. of Fenwick; grandchildren Tonian Patrick, Mackenzie Patrick, Kellen Patrick, Addison McCain, Jaxson McCain and several great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Keith Patrick and granddaughters Ryleigh McCain and Grace McCain.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 25th 1:00 PM at Lake Funeral Home in Ionia. Interment Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held 2 hours prior to services (11-1). There will be a celebration of life at Just Like Home 330 4th st. Ionia Michigan on April 23, 2023 at 1:00 p.m.Those wishing may make memorial contributions to Alzheimer's Foundation.
