Michael "Mike" Jacobs, of Harrison, Ohio passed away Tuesday, December 19th. He is survived by his wife, Pam (nee Craig) Jacobs and his sons, William and Josh Jacobs. He was a loving step-father to Lisa (Zander) Pohl, Kris Zander, Kristen (Worrilow) Hedger, and Matt Worrilow. He is also survived by his grandchildren Madilyn Jacobs, Danny Worrilow, Ben Chilen, and Emily Hedger. Mike was preceded in death by his sister, Peggy Ann Vogel.
A 1960 graduate of Elder H.S., he retired after sixty years of working in the sporting goods industry. In his free time, he enjoyed his family, motorcycles, dogs and horses. Mike was a long-time soccer enthusiast and shared his love of the game by coaching youth teams and teams from McAuley and Harrison High Schools.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 6th from 2pm-5pm (eulogy will be delivered at 3:30pm) at Nathanael Greene Lodge at Veterans Park, 6394 Wesselman Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45248. Memorials may be made to the Stray Animal Adoptions Program (SAAP).
