Michael Wayne Kendrick Sr., 54 of Delaware, passed away on July 31, 2024 after a brief illness at Grady Memorial Hospital.
He was born March 22,1970 in Delaware, Ohio, son of the late Lonne Jr. and Yvonne Kendrick. Mike grew up in Hyatts and lived in Delaware County most of his life. He attended Olentangy High School.
Left to cherish his memory are his children Michael Wayne Kendrick Jr., Sara Bayless, Kimberly Harris, Shawn Kendrick, Alexander Kendrick and Aurora Kendrick; numerous grandchildren; brother Eddie (Betty) Kendrick; sister Vivian Arriga; sister-in-law Florence Kendrick; numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, paternal grandparents Lonne & Angeline Kendrick, maternal grandparents Carl & Martha Hawkins and brother Jeff Kendrick.
Mike enjoyed building model trains and cars in his spare time. He enjoyed military history and was a sweet man with a good personality.
Memorial services celebrating Mike's life will be held at a later date.

Mike was a good man. He had a kind and loving heart. He loved his children. Mike would do anything for anyone who would ask for his help. My prayers and love goes out to the family.
