Michael Kurth, 53, of Hawkins, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loved ones on Tuesday, June 11, 2024. The son of Michael and Pauleen (Lazar) Kurth, he was born on March 21, 1971, in Kennan, Wisconsin.
He enjoyed old cars, especially his 1974 Dodge Charger. His final wish was to return to his home so he could be with his dog, Star and cat, Buttons.
He is survived by his parents; brothers, Richard (Leslie), Joseph (Holly); three nephews, Tristan (Maya), Dominic, and Richard; niece, Camille; and great-nephew, Ryder.
He is preceded in death by his brothers, David and Robert; grandparents, Paul and Agatha Kurth, and Leonard and Geraldine Lazar.
There will be a Celebration of Life at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at Tom's Way to Go Bar, 804 Main St, Hawkins, WI 54530. Heindl-Nimsgern Funeral Home is assisting the family.
