Michael Lynn Levassar

Michael Lynn Levassar, 63, of Garland, TX passed away January 26, 2023.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 1, 2023, at Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel with Brett Lawrence officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 5:00 PM- 6:30 PM Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at Boxwell Brothers. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
Michael was born October 2, 1959, in Amarillo, Texas to Sarl Junior and Thelma Marie Levassar. He graduated from Amarillo High School in 1978. Michael married Ava Lynne Huddleston on August 1, 1980. He worked for Southwestern Public Service, Tretolite Chemical, and Granite Construction for over 30 years. Michael was a member of North Ridge Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Sarl Junior and Thelma Levassar; and brother, Sarl Gene Levassar.
Michael is survived by his wife, Lynne Levassar of Garland, TX; daughter, Rachelle Levassar of Royse City, TX; granddaughter, Kyra Levassar of Royse City, TX; sister, Renee Meredith, and husband, Curt Meredith of Amarillo, TX and their children JC Meredith and wife, Heather Meredith of Amarillo, TX; Cristy Smith and husband, JD Smith and son, Jordan Smith of Tyler, TX; Alisa Blair and husband, Craig Blair of Abilene, TX; brother, Greg Levassar of Amarillo; sister in law, Joni Levassar, her daughter Jessica Collins and husband, Shane Collins and daughters, Shanlee and Sarlinda Collins; as well as many more nieces, nephews, sister in laws, brother-in-laws and friends.
