This story is about one week after Christmas, 1987-8. When my nephews were 2, 3, and 4 years of age, their mother Mary came over to my apartment. We were next door neighbors and she came to visit about half an hour. My daughter Nicole, same age as Michael are 1st cousins. We went with Mary back to her apartment. We heard laughter and things breaking in the bedroom and when Mary opened the door, Alex, Michael and Adam were stomping on Christmas light bulbs, throwing Christmas bulbs on the floor to pop! I can still see their eyes wide open, laughing stopped, once their mom said a few chosen words. She ordered them out and to go sit on the couch. As my little nephews walked past me, they were snickering. I can still see little Adam in a t-shirt, diaper and shoes. I couldn“t help but chuckle as I watched things unfold. Nicole just stood behind me looking in at ALL the broken Christmas bulbs and lights. Mary and I cleaned up the glass, but this memory I will ALWAYS keep in my heart and is precious to me. I will always love my nephews, Bubba (Alex), Michael and Adam. Auntie Deb
