He was educated through the Kansas City, Missouri public school system.
Since birth, he has been a member of Metropolitan African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church. He was a member of the Little Voices Children's Choir, B.U.D.S. of Promise, and an acolyte in the Youth Department. He was an avid reader and had a love of sports, movies, and foreign languages even teaching himself to speak Spanish.
He leaves to cherish in his memory his mother Michelle D. Toliver (Rodney), his children Michael J. and Millie A. McNeal, his brother Eric D. Toliver, his Nana Mable M. Toliver, his grandmother Sherry Toliver; his uncles: Brian A. Toliver, Albert D. Toliver (Linda), Kelvin Hampton Sr. (Phillis), Keith Toliver and his aunts: Teri Pulluaim (Willie), Doris Toliver, Kelly Toliver, Danni Hayden, and Robin Dodson (Theodore), his godmother Mary Williams, a special sister Simone Gordon as well as a host of other relatives and friends
A Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, July 5, 2025, 11am Watkins Heritage Chapel. Private Disposition. Family Visitation 10am at the chapel. Services conducted by Watkins Heritage Chapel.
