It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Michael P. Negri on November 6, 2025, at the age of 80. He was surrounded by his loving family.
Michael was born on August 2, 1945, in Port Chester, New York. After graduating from Mamaroneck High School he went on to earn his Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Dayton University. It was there he met a truly unique group of life long friends, most notably his Rho,Rho,Rho fraternity brothers. Following his graduation, Michael built a distinguished 40+ year career in the paper industry ~ one defined by dedication, leadership and a genuine commitment to mentoring others.
Michael is survived by his wife, Pamela Negri; his children, Meredith Miranda (Rodrigo), Michael Dylan Negri (Sema), and Olivia Negri; his brother Thomas Faillace; and an amazing circle of friends and extended family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Rosemarie Faillace and Michael Negri, Sr., and his sister Lisa Faillace.
The family extends a heartfelt thanks to the compassionate caregivers and medical professionals who supported Michael throughout his illness, with special thanks to the dedicated staff at Treasure Coast Hospice in Fort Pierce.
A memorial service celebrating Michael's life will be held on December 14, 2025 ~ 1:00p at Kai Kai Farm in Indiantown, FL. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Treasure Coast Hospice Foundation at 1201 SE Indian St., Stuart, Fl. 34997 or online treasurehealth.org/donate
