Mr. Michael Scott “Mike” Nutter, 60, passed away during the early morning hours of Thursday, February 1st, 2024, while at MUSC Health – Florence Medical Center.
Mr. Nutter was born in Hartsville, but raised in Lamar, a son of David Nutter & Shirley Nutter. Mike retired from Sonoco Products Company after 33 years of service. In his spare time, he enjoyed going fishing and playing golf. He liked the South Carolina Gamecocks and enjoyed traveling before his health failed.
Surviving is his wife, Susan Tuttle Nutter; sons, Cody Nutter and Jonah Nutter; his parents and a brother, Gregory Nutter.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Gerald Nutter.
His memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 on Saturday morning, February 17th, 2024, from the Chapel of Norton Funeral Home.
