Michael (Mike) Warren Paine passed away on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at his home surrounded by family.
Michael is survived by his wife Tina Paine, daughters Lara Michelle Morua and Cynthia Kay Taylor, and five grandchildren.
Mike graduated from El Monte High School in California and went to pursue his passion for music, earning a degree from the music school in Washington, D.C.
Mike was a proud U.S. Navy Veteran. He served his country as a talented member of the navy band, where his love for music and his gift for playing the trumpet shone brightly. His music remained a lifetime of passion; one he shared joyfully with everyone around him. Mike was an excellent trumpet player and played other musical instruments as well. He formed his own combo group while living in Glendora, California playing for weddings, private parties, and clubs. After 40 years in California, he and Tina moved back to Round Rock, Texas to be closer to Tina's family and their daughter Laura. Cindy and her husband Robert followed them to Round Rock.
Mike was a jokester with a heart of gold – always ready with a laugh or a story to brighten someone's day. In his career, he excelled as Calgon Salesman of the Year and later found success in real estate with Century 21. No matter where his life took him, he had a natural gift for connecting with people and making friends everywhere he went.
Mike shared 63 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife Tina, a bond built on love, laughter, and unwavering devotion. Above all he cherished his family, his two daughters, and grandchildren. They were his greatest joy. He leaves behind a legacy of love, humor and music that will forever echo in the hearts of those who were blessed to know him.
