CAMPTON ---- Michael Piazza of Campton, NH, passed away on February 3, 2025 after a period of declining health.
Mike was born in Ossining, New York to Michael C. Piazza, Sr and Elsie Jean (Ecke) Piazza. He grew up in the multi-generational Piazza family home surrounded by immediate and extended family, a barber shop and Sunday dinners.
Mike attended Ossining High School ('70) where he cultivated his love of art and received his degree in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute ('74).
Mike met his wife, Debbie, while doing scenic design for the Actors Conservatory Theatre in New York.
Mike and Debbie moved to NH in the summer of 1987 with their 4 young children. Erin, Christopher and "The Twins" Allison and Michelle. This move also marked the beginning of Mike's successful architectural career where he designed various homes and businesses.
Mike is survived by: his children; Erin Piazza, Christopher (Megan) Piazza, Allison (Nick) Boehm and Michelle Piazza. His grandkids; Evan, Colby, Zoey and Enzo who will miss their beloved Pop Pop. His brother, Vinnie and sister, Teresa Jean. Mike is also survived by his nephew Jake Piazza and various cousins.
Mike is predeceased by his parents and his wife of 30 years Debra Piazza.
Calling Hours will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2025, from 3:00pm-5:00pm, in the Carriage House at Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH 03246.
Burial will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at 11:00am, at Blair Cemetery, Blair Road, Campton, NH.
