Michael J. Romascavage, 64, of Lititz, beloved husband, father, brother, and son, died peacefully surrounded by his family on Sunday, October 12, 2025 at Hamilton Arms Center, Lancaster. Born in East Stroudsburg, he was the son of Joseph Romascavage of Tamaqua and the late Doris Rinker Romascavage. Michael was the loving husband of Leigh Erway Romascavage, and they would have observed their 39th wedding anniversary this month. He was a 1979 graduate of Warwick High School. Michael worked in the printing industry throughout his life, working for Lancaster Farming Newspaper and then with Lancaster Press. Michael attended Trinity Evangelical Congregational Church, Lititz. In his early years, Michael enjoyed fishing; he loved playing golf and watching golf tournaments. Michael and Leigh were well-paired in the kitchen, with Michael cooking his best meals, and Leigh impressing family with her baked goods. Michael had a deep passion for his family; he cherished the time he spent with his wife and children.
Surviving in addition to his wife, Leigh, is a son, Chris Romascavage of Lititz, a daughter, Caitlin Southard, wife of Alex Southard of Lititz, and two sisters: Michelle, wife of Mark Good of Florida, and Kelli, wife of Tim Bragg of Washington.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a gathering to celebrate Michael’s life in the Fellowship Hall at Trinity Evangelical Congregational Church, 44 East Orange Street, Lititz, on Friday, October 24, 2025 at 11:30 AM.
