Michael David Scullen

Born in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, Michael was the son of James and Joyce (Wentling) Scullen. He married the love of his life, Kimberley Kessler, on October 31, 2017. Michael had worked in the Construction Trades, as a Cook for various restaurants, but most recently for Bektrom Foods here in Monroe. He enjoyed time listening to music and was a skilled musician, playing the drums and guitar. Michael enjoyed traveling, going to concerts and walks in the woods with his loving wife. He also was very creative and was a talented jewelry artist. Michael leaves to cherish his memory his wife Kimberley Kessler; a daughter Monica Scullen of Ft. Meyers, Florida; his mother Joyce Montgomery of Lehigh Acres, Florida; step children: Taran (Greg Rayoum) Prayther of Erie, Sara (Shan) Brauer-Morris of Monroe and Tiara (Trevor Rice)Brauer of Avondale, Arizona; brother Jon (Jessica) Silverthorn of Lehigh Acres, Florida; grandchildren: Oliver Sanchez and Aaron Sanchez; step grandchildren: Jamie Miller, Jesse Miller, Lennon Rayoum, Kenneth Morris, Kallie Morris and Carter Brauer; as well as his ex-wife Diana Paul of Belleville and her daughter Sarah Paul and several nieces and nephews. Sadly he was preceded in death by his father and a sister Sindi Scullen-Turner.
