Michael Skolkin Obituary

Michael Skolkin of Omaha passed away on January 25 from quick but hard fight with cancer. Michael was born in Denver, grew up in Los Angeles, graduated from UCLA and later lived in Hawaii and Minnesota prior to moving to Omaha and retiring from his insurance sales career. Preceded in death by his mother Anne Skolkin and survived by his wife of 33 years Andrea, children Marlee, Maddison, faithful dog Bella, and cousin Marion Wulfson. He was a kind man with a big sense of humor that be deeply missed and treasured in his family and friends memory forever.
A service will be held at Feldman Mortuary, 1673 York Street, Denver Colorado 80206 at 11:00 am on January 30, 2023 with burial at Rose Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a tree can be planted in Israel through the Jewish National Fund or donations may be made to OneWorld Community Health Centers, 4920 South 30 Street, Omaha, NE 68107 or the Rose Blumkin Home 323 S. 132 Street, Omaha, NE 68154.
