Michael Paul Spatafore

Michael Paul Spatafore passed away at the age of 82 on Saturday, January 3, 2026. He is survived by wife Marjorie "Marge" Spatafore (nee McDonald); children Kelle Bruner (Chris), Holle Brambrick and Michael Spatafore (Michelle); grandchildren Matt, Allie (Kyle), Katie (Jim), Emily, John, Casey, and Michael; great-grandchildren Hunter, Colton, and Bodie. He also leaves behind his brother Ron Spatafore (Sonya).

Mike was born to John and Mildred Spatafore on February 13, 1943, in Fairmont, West Virginia. He grew up with his brothers Ron and Dan and attended East Fairmont High School. Mike worked at ALCOA for over 30 years and retired as the Plant Maintenance Superintendent in 1996.

Mike enjoyed bowling and playing volleyball alongside his wife Marge. He also enjoyed fishing in Lake Erie and taking annual fishing trips to New York. He especially enjoyed his Harley Davidson motorcycle, taking day trips with Marge riding behind him. Mike was also an avid Browns fan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Mildred Spatafore, and his brother and sister-in-law, Dan (JoAnn) Spatafore.

Services for Mike will be held at Busch Funeral Home, 32000 Detroit Road, Avon, Ohio 44011 on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. Visitation will be from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm, with the service immediately following at 7:00 pm.
