He was born in Lucinda on April 17, 1938 to the late Cyril and Philomena (Baumcratz) Wolbert.
Mike married the former Jane Lutz on November 25, 1967 and she passed in 2004. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
Mike is survived by his sons Andrew (Lisa) Wolbert and Paul Wolbert; sisters Marge (James) Bauer and Susanne (Kurt) Carbaugh; brother Cyril Wolbert; grandchildren Kevin, John, Alex, and Kirk Wolbert; great-grandchildren Teller and Ward Wolbert.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Jane Wolbert, son Joseph Wolbert, and his siblings Norma Lauer, Bonnie Judy, Dorothy Lauer, Mary Bauer, Frank Wolbert, Steve Wolbert, and Patrick Wolbert.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00am on Friday, March 7, 2025 at St. Joseph Catholic Church: 112 Rectory Lane Lucinda, PA 16235 with Rev. Michael Polinek officiating. Inurnment will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the care of the Goble Funeral Home in Clarion.

I'm so sorry for the loss to the family. Mike was like my second dad. All the family was the best family that lived beside us. All will be missed not getting to see them. We moved in 2001 an we got to meet everyone. Mike,Jane,Joey,Paul n Tank. Then came the grand. All the laughs. Watching Mike n Jane racing on the mowers Joey getting off the van an how he could get around. All this will be missed. Thank you for all the memories. You will be missed. A candle burns in my window to the house beside us. Just like we did years back.
