Mike, the youngest of 5 children, was born Sept 22,1932 in East Boston, MA to Giuseppe DiFranza and Filomena Perillo.
He was predeceased by his parents, his siblings and his former wife Rita Lucarelli DiFranza.
Mike was the proud father of Michele (& Frank) Occhiuti of Reading, MA, Denise (& Chip) Bettencourt of Brookline, NH, Michael (& Deborah) DiFranza of Hopkinton, MA and Janine (& David) Webster of Cornwall England.
Mike was also the proud "Papa" of 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
There will be no public service.
