Michele Lamae Dulaney, 55, of Paragould, departed this life on Thursday, November 13, 2025. Michele was born on December 15, 1969, and she leaves behind a legacy filled with love, devotion, and cherished memories.
A proud graduate of Ridgecrest High School, Michele dedicated over 18 years of her life to Darling Store Fixtures before pursuing her passion for healthcare through education in medical coding and billing. She briefly served at Clopton Clinic, but it was in the last decade that she found joy running the concession stand at George Ray's Drag Strip, a place deeply woven into the fabric of her life. Michele's connection to racing ran deep, having grown up in the environment established by her late mother and stepfather, who were instrumental in operating the drag strip. Her enthusiasm for the races was matched only by her love for her family, especially her sons and grandchildren, whom she adored.
Michele was an avid flea market enthusiast, relishing the thrill of both buying and selling treasures, and she often spent weekends enjoying the simple pleasures of yard sales. A lifelong member of Immanuel Baptist Church, Michele drew strength and community from her faith and was a devoted follower of the Baptist tradition.
Michele is survived by her beloved sons, Tyler (Abi) Russom, Cody Mace, and Eli Dulaney; grandchildren, Kaysen Russom, Camden Russom, Layton Needham, and Dennie Carnett, as well as her two brothers, Ronnie (Robin) Bellomy and Kenny Bellomy, who will carry her spirit in their hearts. Michele was preceded in death by her father, H.L. "Doodle" Bellomy; mother, Bonnie Bellomy Ray; and stepfather, George Ray.
Funeral services will be held to honor Michele's life on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. There will be a visitation from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Heath Funeral Home. The funeral service, officiated by Rev. Kenny Johnson, will immediately follow the visitation, culminating with burial at Greene County Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Scott Mace, Michael Garrett, Scotty Harvey, Bryan Norvell, Mark Hogan, Maverick Vowell. Honorary Pallbearers will be the George Ray's Drag Strip family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a local charity of the giver's choice, reflecting Michele's generous spirit and commitment to giving back to her community.
Michele will be remembered for her kindness, her infectious smile, and her unwavering love for those around her. She touched the lives of many and will be sorely missed. May she rest in peace.
