My Condolences to Michele's family, friends, and anyone who had the privilege of working with her as a coworker or customer. I knew Michele through her job at Kia. I bought my Kia in 2008 from the dealership and always preferred to work with her when bringing my car in for service. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. She worked very hard for and exhibited genuine care for Kia customers. She was a true asset to the Kia dealership. I will miss her so very much.

My boo, the real OG at work. To know her was to love her. She was so fun to work with, full a life, and just a genuinely sweet person loved by everyone. Work will never be the same. She will truly be missed. Gone but not forgotten. Rest in peace, love you boo

Customer service will never be the same without Michele. When I would go to Kia for service and I would walk in the door she would say "HI "Mom"...I will miss her.
