Michelle was born January 1, 1970 in Tacoma, Washington to Clarence Hugh Perkins and Barbara Graig Perkins.
Loved by so many for her free spirited way of life, Stubborn as one could be, Our Mother and Daughter, that we came to know and cherish will be forever missed, not at all forgotten. In our hearts she will stay!!
