Mildred Carol Jones, 80, of Spartanburg, South Carolina, passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at White Oak Manor Spartanburg,
Born in Spartanburg, South Carolina on July 12, 1944, she was a daughter of the late Carl M. Wiley and Mary Evelyn (Crisp) Wiley and was the wife of the late Charles Jones.
She is survived by two sons, Wayne Jones and David Jones; two sisters, Karen Bradley and her husband Gene and Kathy Bush and her husband Ray; one brother, Wink Wiley; one half-brother, RB Cline; three grandchildren, Kelly Rochester, Charlotte Gettys and Charles Jones along with 12 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was also predeceased by one brother, Carl Wiley, Jr., and two grandson, David Lee Jones and Joseph Wayne Jones.
The family will be receiving friends at the home of her son Wayne Jones on Monday, December 30, 2024 from 4:00 - 6:00 PM. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: St. Jude’s Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
